Important Notes
For Beep QR Orders: You can only merge orders placed using Beep QR Pay Later. You cannot combine a Beep order with a regular, offline order. Offline orders will be greyed out.
Promotions & Customer Info Removed: When Beep orders are successfully merged, any existing Customer Information (Membership/Loyalty) and Promotions are automatically removed. The customer can add them back by scanning the new table's QR code again.
Sequential Numbering: If you use the Merge & Pay option, the system ensures your receipt number (Official Receipt / Sales Invoice) is generated sequentially to meet local compliance requirements.
Merging Orders via Table Layouts
If you have table layouts enabled, tapping the Register button on your POS register will take you to your table layout. Refer to this article to learn more about how to enable table layout.
