[PH] StoreHub Engage: How to Activate

Step-by-step guide to create campaigns to send out automated SMS messages.

Activating StoreHub Engage

1. At your BackOffice page, click the Engage title page in the menu on the left.

2. Then click Start Your 30 day FREE Trial.

3. Choose the type of campaign to set up:

  • Welcome New Customers

  • Cashback reminder

  • Win back lost customers

  • Birthday promotion

  • Expiring Cashback Alert

Note: Custom Campaign is not part of Engage & will not be part of Engage-Campaign Insights

4. You will then be brought to the Set Up Campaign page.

Fill in the required information to set up your campaign:

  • Brand Name: The name of your business/store

  • SMS Content: The message you would like to send to your customers (limited to 160 characters)

  • Attributes: Automatically insert values such as a customer’s first name or remaining cashback amount, into the SMS content

  • Target Customers: Criteria regarding customer info that the campaign will target: amount of cashback balance, last purchase date, and days before the birth date to send SMS.

  • Schedule: Set the campaign start date (start dates can begin on the same day; however, past dates can't be chosen) and what time the SMS is sent daily.

Note: SMS content for "Cashback Reminder" cannot be edited to optimise for best result.

5. If you are not ready to publish your campaign yet, click Save to keep a draft of your settings that you can return to later.

If you are ready to publish, click Save & Next to proceed to the Review & Publish page.

6. On this page, you will see an automatically-generated estimation of your campaign reach for the first day, as well as the estimated initial campaign cost.

Note:


Cost estimations only appear for the following campaign types:

  • “Cashback reminder”

  • “Win back lost customers”

Note: Reach numbers and campaign costs on subsequent days will vary depending on your target audience.

7. Check that your campaign settings are correct, then click Publish.

Review the pop-up reminder and then click Confirm to publish your campaign.

Note: You can always edit the details of your campaign even after it has been published.
