SMS Templates
If you are unsure of how to write a customer engagement message when running a StoreHub Engage campaign, below are a few templates that you can use.
Use them as they are or as references when writing your own messages.
Notes:
Items that are preceded by the pound sign (#) are automatically generated when you create your campaign.
One SMS holds up to 160 characters. If your message has certain special characters, such as Chinese characters or emojis, one SMS holds up to 70 characters.
Your brand name and any items with the pound sign (#), such as #first_name, count toward the SMS character limit. Every message sent to a Malaysian phone number starts with 'RM0.00', a label that Malaysian SMS rules require. This label also counts toward the limit.
A message longer than one SMS counts as 2 or more SMS and uses more SMS credits. Each of these SMS holds up to 153 characters, or 67 with special characters.
Messages for Cashback Reminder campaigns cannot be edited.
