How to edit customer details on POS register.

Important Note

  • The POS register must be connected to the internet first.


How to Search and Edit Customer Details

1. On your Register, tap the + Add Customer button.

2. In the search bar, type the customer's name or number and tap Search, or scroll the list to find the customer.

3. Select the customer & the customer will be added to the transaction.

4. Tap on the customer name on the transaction again.

5. Now you can view the customer’s overview, contact details and order history.

6. To edit information, click on the 3 dots button on top right side then tap Update Profile.

7. Make any necessary changes to the information.

Notes:

  • If customer's mobile number is saved without country code previously. Tap on the mobile number to edit and the country code (Example: +60) should appear

  • Tax ID option are only applicable for Thailand

8. Tap Save once you’re done.
