How to create and collect pre-orders

Important Notes

  • Store Credit & Beep Cashback do not apply for Pre-Order on POS Register.

  • Pre-Order is not applicable when Table Layout is enabled.


How to Create a Pre-Order

1. Click the 3 dots menu button on the top right side on your register to expand the dropdown, then select Pre-Order.

2. Once the reminder to select a customer pops up, tap Ok.

3. You may either search for an existing customer, or add a new customer for the Pre-Order.

4. Add item(s) to cart, then press the total in orange.

5. Edit the Pre-Order details (Collection Date & Deposit), then tap Next.

6. Choose a payment method to pay for the deposit. If the deposit amount is 0.00, you may press Exact.

7. A Pre-Order has been successfully created.


How to Collect a Pre-Order

1. Click the 3 dots menu button on the top right side on your register to expand the dropdown, then select Collect Pre-Order.

2. Look for the Pre-Order to be collected, you may either search by receipt no. / customer name / Pre Order on the list. Then tap to select the Pre-Order.

3. Ensure all details are correct, then press the total in orange. When necessary, you may make changes to the cart before checking out.

4. Choose a payment method to pay for the balance. If the remaining amount is 0.00, you may press Exact.

5. The Pre-Order has been successfully collected (completed).


FAQ

1. Can I cancel a Pre-order from both the BackOffice and front register?

No, you can only make Pre-Orders, Pick Up and cancel Pre-Orders on your POS Register, not in the BackOffice.

2. Will I get paid once my customer makes a pre-order?

Your customer will pay the amount either in full or the remainder (if they've paid the deposit) upon collection of the order.
