What You Will Learn in This Guide

  • How to note down more information regarding the item on receipts and kitchen dockets.

  • Use this feature to explain why a discount was given or add more details to an order, such as less spicy or more ice.


How to Add Notes

1. On your POS Register, select item to input into bill.

2. Tap on the item in the bill again. Under Notes and Quantity type in your notes.

Note: You may also see all notes added to the transactions in All Transaction Report. Refer to to this article to learn how to export the report from BackOffice.
