iOS Basic: How to Set Up Additional Checkout Options on POS

How to setup Additional Checkout Options

1. In the BackOffice, select Settings, which will take you to the Account Settings page

2. On the F&B tab, look at the General section.

3. Under Additional Checkout Options. There are two options available, as shown in the screenshot below:

Option 1: Assign table number at checkout

Option 2: Auto-generate queue number


Option 1: Assign table number at checkout

Upon saving or charging a bill after adding items on the StoreHub POS App, you'll be prompted to key in a table number which will be printed on the order ticket. The table number will be displayed on kitchen docket, order summary and receipt.

Note: The table number will be auto-generated if you have enabled Table Layout.

This is where the table number will show up.

Option 2: Auto-generate queue number

The second option comes into play to ease the flow of operations, especially in quick-serve cafes.

Customers make their purchase, and a queue number will be auto-generated & printed on the receipt. The food or coffee station will receive their order with the queue printed on the order ticket as well.

Notes:

  • Takeaway ID will start from TA-1001 for Register 1 and TA-2001 for Register 2

  • Takeaway ID will restart upon closing and open shift.

  • The Takeaway ID will restart once it reaches TA-1999.

  • The Takeaway ID will restart upon closing and open the shift.
