How to perform a transaction on your StoreHub app whilst applying discounts.
Important Notes
Manual discount is only applicable for Offline (POS) & Beep QR (Pay Later) orders.
It is only applicable when orders are saved (Not paid).
How to Apply a Manual Discount
1. Log into the StoreHub app using your unique 4-digit PIN.
2. On your Register, tap on an item to add it to your checkout list.
3. There are 2 types of discounts can be applied upon checkout. Continue reading steps below for more details.
Itemised discounts
1. Tap on the item and toggle the discount slider to the ON position.
2. From there, opt to either offer a discount percentage or amount by tapping the "%" and "RM" buttons.
Full-bill discount
1. Tap Discount (below the Subtotal), then enter your discount amount in the pop-up.
2. From there, opt to either offer a discount percentage or amount by tapping the "%" and RM buttons.
Beep QR Orders
Discounts for Beep QR (Pay Later) orders can only be applied through the POS by selecting the orders Edit Order.
