Beep Delivery: How to Set Up Store & Profile

Step by step guideline to setup Beep Delivery.

Store Settings

1. In BackOffice, under the Settings drop-down menu button, click on Stores, and stay on the General Tab.

Note: If you have multiple stores, you can select the store of your preference to adjust the settings.

2. Input all required information that falls under the General Tab.


Add a Google Map Address

1. In BackOffice, go to Settings, then click Stores.

2. In the general tab, you will find the Google Map Address Location field. Insert your store's address and make sure to choose from the search results.


Enable Beep Delivery

1. In BackOffice, click on Online Orders, then select Beep Delivery.

2. Within the General tab, find the Enable Beep Beep Delivery section, and toggle on Beep Delivery.

Note: Beep QR ordering will be automatically enabled once Beep Delivery is toggled ON.

3. Tick boxes if your store sells Alcohol or Pork.

4. Next, setup a Minimum Order to accept Beep Delivery.

Note: You may set a minimum order value so that the customers will only be able to order with a certain amount with Beep Delivery Order.

5. Scroll down to Delivery Zone and click on Edit. At this page, you'll be able to set up your Beep Delivery Zone Name, Delivery Radius and Delivery Rate.

Notes:

  1. Select No, I'll manage my own deliveries if you are not using StoreHub's Automated Logistics.

  2. KM here refers to delivery radius, NOT delivery distance.

6. Then, scroll down to add a Store Logo and Beep Profile Picture to upload your photo.

7. Next, scroll down to the Beep Business Profile section and fill in the information.


Order Fulfilment & Notification

1. On the Store Settings tab, click on the store of your choice.

2. Tick Sell this store's inventory online, additional settings will appear.

3. Next, tick on the Fulfillment method if you offer Delivery and/or Pick Up.

3. Tick New Order - Paid.

4. Make sure you have assigned your register to receive the order notification and hit Save.

Operating Days & Time

1. Scroll down in the Store settings, and key in the Google Map Address Location.

2. Set the operating hours in which your Beep Store will be open to customers.

Note: Set your Beep End Time 30 minutes to 1 hour earlier than your store closing time to avoid last-minute orders.

3. You can add a break time or vacation mode if you wish to disable your store at a specific time and date.


Pre-Order Settings

Scroll down on the same page, select options that apply to your stores (Pre-order support up to 5 days in advance inclusive today).


Bank Accounts Settings

1. In BackOffice, under Settings, look for Bank Account then click on Add bank account, select Bank Name.

2. Insert your bank details, select which store to apply it to this section, and click Save.
