Beep Delivery: How to Receive New Orders Notification

What You Will Learn In This Guide

  • How to receive Beep Delivery notifications via WhatsApp, SH Manager App, and your register.


Important Note


  • Do not start preparing food before a rider is assigned to the order as order will be cancelled automatically if a rider is not found within 30 mins.


  • Any food cost imposed due to such an occasion will not be compensated.


Option 1: Via WhatsApp Message

1. First, enable WhatsApp notification for your mobile phone.

2. Log in to your BackOffice, go to the Online Orders then go to the Beep Delivery title page

3. Click the Store Settings tab, then select the store of your choice (that uses Beep Delivery)

3. At the Sell Online section, look for Email Notification for Online Orders.

4. Insert the following (but with your own phone number and account name):

Option 2: Via Email

1. Log in to your BackOffice, go to the Online Orders then go to the Beep Delivery.

2. Click the Store Settings tab, then select the store of your choice (that uses Beep Delivery)

3. At the Sell Online tab, look for Email Notification for Online Orders.

4. Insert the following (but using our own e-mail address):

Option 3: Via SH Manager App Notification

1. Installing the SH Manager app on your smartphone and/or tablet (specific models provided by StoreHub only) is another option if you want to receive notifications of new orders.

Option 4: StoreHub POS (Your Register)

Make sure you have assigned your register to receive the order notification in BackOffice.

2. Click on Online Orders then click into Beep Delivery.

3. Click on the Store Settings tab, then select the store of your choice (that uses Beep Delivery).

4. Scroll down and look for Assign Main Register section, click to Select your main register.

5. Save your settings.

6. Make sure you have the SH Manager app downloaded on your register.

What Does It Look Like?

7. On the StoreHub POS Register, go to Transactions, then tap on the Online tab; you'll be able to see orders for QR Order and Pay:
