Force Quit StoreHub App

iPad

1. Press on iPad home button twice until you see small windows with running applications.

2. Swipe up to clear all apps.


Android

1. Tab on the Square button (iMin), or the 3 lines button (Sunmi) on the bottom part of your Android screen and you should see the running application.

2. Swipe left or select the x button to clear all apps.


Pos App Crash

iPad

1. Make sure your iOS & StoreHub POS app is up to date.

2. Ensure your iPad region setting is Malaysia (MY), and not an unsupported country.

Note: To check or change the settings, go to your iPad Settings, tap General, go to Language & Region, then tap Region.

Android

1. Make sure your OS & StoreHub POS app is up to date.
