What You Will Learn in This Guide
How to connect StoreHub with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to share data between your POS system and accounting software.
What are the Benefits?
The integration automatically pushes your sales and payments to your QBO account.
Save time by eliminating manual bookkeeping and data entry errors. All of these, at your fingertips!
Data is stored in the Cloud and you can access all your records on a web browser on any device.
How the Integration Works
As you close a shift, records of your sales and payments will be seamlessly sent to QBO.
An invoice will be created with a detailed breakdown of what has been sold, how many of each has been sold, and how much it was sold at (inclusive/exclusive tax - can be toggled on and off). You get one invoice for each closed shift, with one line per product. Returns go to QBO as refund receipts.
You can also find out the payment methods used for each invoice.
From your QBO Online account, under Transactions, click on Sales, you’ll be able to select a particular transaction to view more information.
Does StoreHub Send Stock Levels or Customer Details to QuickBooks Online?
No. StoreHub sends your sales and payments to QuickBooks Online (QBO), but not:
Stock levels and cost of goods sold.
Customer details. All sales go under one 'StoreHub POS' contact, so QBO does not show which customer bought what.
Online orders: Beep Delivery, Webstore and QR orders paid online.
