Step-by-step guide on sending receipt transactions to your customer's e-mail from BackOffice.
Important Note
When the amount reaches a thousand, the receipt will have commas for all printed and emailed receipts.
Email Receipts from the BackOffice
1. In the BackOffice, click on the Offline Transactions, click on All Transactions. Then, select your preferred transaction.
2. Click on the Time and you will be directed to the details of that transaction.
3. Click Email Receipt on the top right-hand corner of the page.
4. Enter the recipient’s email address and click Send.
