Promotion: How to Set Up Combo Set/Package/Bundle

How to combo, package, or bundle your products as a promotion.

  • How to use StoreHub’s Promotions feature to run Combo Set/Package/Bundle deals.


Important Notes

  • This feature is only available in the Advanced & Pro plan Users.

  • This promotion type only applies to Offline POS Transactions; It is not applicable to Online Store, Beep Delivery & QR Order and Pay.



How to Set Promotions

1. Log in to your BackOffice, click on Promotion title page, then select + New Promotion.

2. Type in the name of your promotion.

Note: This name would appear on POS Register when the promotion is applied to the transaction.

3. Select which store and channel (POS) your promotion is applied to.

4. Tick Enable if you would like the promotion to be applied immediately.

5. Select the effective time frame of your promotion.

Note: If the end date is left blank, the promotion will not end.


Set Up Combo Set / Package / Bundle Promotion

1. Under Discount Type, select Combo Set/Package/Bundle.

2. Key in Package Price for Combo Set/Package/Bundle.

Example: A Burger Combo (Burger + Fries) is sell at RM 10.

3. Select the products where the discount should apply to.

You can add the products through specify products of a Category, Tag or specific products.

Note: Combo Set/Package/Bundle promotion only applies when the products selected share the same tax code as the combo.

Based on example above, the products can be set up this way:

  • Specific Product: Burger; Quantity: 1

  • Specific Product: Fries; Quantity: 1

This means the customer must order at least 1 Burger + 1 Fries to get the combo at RM 10.

4. Save to complete the settings.


How the Promotion Apply on POS Register

Note: It is compulsory to sync your register once the promotion is created in the BackOffice.
