How to add & select customers on POS Register. Keep track of your customers' information using StoreHub's Customer Relationship Management feature.
Important Note
The POS register must be connected to the Internet first.
How to Add a New Customer
1. On your Register, tap the + Add Customer button.
2. A list will appear. Tap on Add.
3. Enter the customer’s details in the fields.
Notes:
Country code is displayed for mobile numbers by default (removable) ; Mobile number cannot be saved with wrong format.
Tax ID option are only applicable for Thailand.
4. Tap Save. Your customer information is now saved and assigned to the sale.
Add Customer through scanning QR code
Alternatively, you can add a customer to your POS transactions by scanning a QR code directly on the POS system. Here’s how:
1. Enable QR Display for Loyalty Redemption:
a. On your register, go to Settings > General.
b. Toggle on QR Display for Loyalty Redemption.
2. Access the Add Customer Feature:
a. Go to the Register and click on the Add Customer bar.
3. Display the QR Code:
a. A QR code will appear on the Customer-Facing Display.
b. Ask your customer to scan the QR code and input their information.
4. Save Customer Information:
a. Once the customer saves their information, it will automatically be added to your database.

Notes:
The feature is also applicable in the cases where Beep Cashback hasn't been enabled.
However, QR Display for Loyalty Redemption settings must be toggle ON. Refer to article attached above for more details.
Add Customer by scanning barcode
1. On the POS register, tap on Add Customer.
2. Scan the customer's barcode using a scanner that is compatible with StoreHub.
3. Key in customer information; tap on Save.
How to Select a Customer
1. Tap on the + Add Customer button.
2. On the search bar:
Option 1: Type in your customer's info and tap Search or select the customer directly from the list.
Option 2: If you have a membership barcode and a scanner, simply scan the customer's membership barcode using the scanner.
3. If you searched, tap or select the intended customer.
4. You will now see that your customer is assigned to the transaction.
Notes:
A Tax Invoice or receipt that includes VAT will only be produced if the Company Tax/VAT ID Number & the Customer Tax ID have been saved.
