StoreHub merchants who use an accounting system (such as SQL, AutoCount, Financio, Xero, or QuickBooks) and need to export sales data from BackOffice in a format their accounting system can use.
Overview
This article explains how to find and use the export options in BackOffice so you can send your sales data to your accounting system. StoreHub supports exports for SQL, AutoCount, Financio, Xero, and QuickBooks Online. You open Add-Ons from Settings and then use the guide for your chosen system to complete the export.
Before You Begin
You are logged in to BackOffice.
You have sales data to export.
We recommend downloading the exported file onto a computer or laptop.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open Add-Ons and find your accounting system
1. In your BackOffice, open the 'Settings' dropdown menu.
2. Click 'Add-Ons'.
You will see buttons to export your sales data for SQL, AutoCount, Financio, and Xero, plus the QuickBooks Online integration button.
3. Click the button for the accounting system you use (SQL, AutoCount, Financio, Xero, or QuickBooks).

Troubleshooting
