Import serial numbers using CSV template.
Important Notes
This is a feature that's especially useful when adding serial numbers in bulk.
Ensure you have already created products in your BackOffice before proceeding.
Import Serial Numbers via CSV
1. In the BackOffice, click on the Products title page, then select Import Serial Numbers CSV.
2. Click the products CSV template link to automatically download your current product list as a CSV file to your PC/laptop.
Open the downloaded file on your computer and insert the serial numbers in the Serial Number column. When you're done, save the file as Comma-Separated Value (CSV).
3. If you have more than 1 store, choose the store you want to assign the serial numbers to.
4. Click Select File and choose the same file you were using to input the serial numbers and click Import.
