Beep Delivery: How to Set Vacation Times

How to temporarily close your store for a specific time period.

What You Will Learn In This Guide

  • A guide for you to disable Beep Delivery on specific days or time period; aside from your standard operating hours.


Important Notes

  • It is advised for you to setup Vacation Mode; for occasions like public holidays or special events as this is to avoid unpleasant experiences on your customer side.

  • If riders have been assigned on such occasions, penalty fees (delivery fees of the job) will be imposed as an “adjustment”.

  • The adjustment is located in your BackOffice account under Payout; refer here to learn more.


Set Vacation Times

1. Go to BackOffice and look for Online Orders title page and click on Beep Delivery.

2. Look for Store Settings tab and select your designated store.

3. Scroll down to Vacation Mode.

2. Select the specific dates to disable Beep Delivery.

You can also set multiple vacation days.

3. Click Save.

Once you have set this up, your Beep Delivery menu will be automatically disabled for ordering during the set period.


Set Break Times

1. Go to BackOffice and look for Online Orders title page and click on Beep Delivery. Look for Stores, and select your preferred Store.

2. Scroll to Beep Settings; then click Add a break time.

3. Once you're done, click Save.

Notes:

  • You may only add one (1) break time in total.

  • After applying this feature, the time period selected for the break will be removed from the Beep Delivery menu.

  • Example below shows a break time that is set between 2 PM to 4 PM (14:00 to 16:00), which will automatically remove this time slot on your Beep Delivery.
