Beep Delivery is a feature integrated into the StoreHub platform that allows merchants to sell products online to customers through the Beep App. The service supports food and other item deliveries, offering customers both delivery and self-pickup options.
The difference between delivery and self-pickup orders, and how your customers make these orders on Beep.
Additionally, it is integrated into the StoreHub platform, enabling merchants to efficiently manage orders through 'Online Order' and 'Beep Delivery' sections, similar to platforms like ShopeeFood or FoodPanda.
Important Note
With Beep Delivery, the customers are free to choose whether they prefer to have their order delivered or picked up by themselves.
Delivery Options
As mentioned above, StoreHub offers both delivery and self-pickup for orders made on Beep Delivery.
This functionality is comparable to other delivery platforms such as ShopeeFood, FoodPanda, while maintaining unique integration within StoreHub for merchants.

Self Pickup
Merchants can manage these fulfillment types seamlessly through the StoreHub platform's administrative interface, utilizing tools for both customer orders and operational efficiency.
For delivery, the item(s) ordered will be sent to the customer through SHALP or by the merchant;
For self-pickup, the item(s) ordered will be picked up by the customer from you, the merchant.
How to Make a Delivery Purchase
1. At the home page, the customer should check if the delivery address (location) detected is accurate before browsing for a menu.
2. In the menu, recheck if the delivery details are correct before adding any item to the cart.
If all is good, press Continue to return to the menu to continue browsing.
From here, customer orders will be fulfilled via delivery.
How to Make a Self-Pickup Purchase
1. At the home page, head to the Self Pickup collection straightaway before browsing for the menu.
They will be brought to the list of stores that offer self-pickup.
2. In the menu, customers should recheck if the pickup details are correct before adding any item to the cart.
If all is good, press Continue to return to the menu to continue browsing.
From here, customer orders will be fulfilled via self-pickup.
