What You Will Learn In This Guide
Your customers are able to track their orders if you are using StoreHub's network of riders for Beep deliveries.
Important Note
In the Beep app, customers will be able to tell the below information for delivery orders fulfilled by StoreHub Automated Logistics:
The restaurant's location
The delivery location
The live location of the driver/rider (refreshes every minute)
Track Order feature is not applicable for pick-up and delivery fulfilled by other logistics.
How to Track an Order
In order to track an order, all your customers need to do is:
1. Open the Beep App in their mobile phones.
2. Go to the Order tab and you will find My Order History.
3. Look for the order that you wish to track, then tap the Track Order button.
