How to stop receiving Beep Delivery orders temporarily through toggle on Pause Mode.
Important Note
This feature is only available for Android/New iOS POS.
This feature can only be performed by user with manager access.
Turn ON Pause Mode
Option 1: StoreHub (SH) Manager
Note: SH Manager App must be updated to App version 1.60
1. Select Beep Delivery Orders option in SH Manager App.
2. On Delivery settings, select Pause Now then select time slot; click Confirm.
3. Delivery is now paused.
Option 2: POS
Note: Android/New iOS POS must be updated to App version 1.26.0 & 1.1.0 respectively
1. On the POS app, go to Settings and look for Beep Delivery. (Your store will be <Open for delivery> by default.
2. Under Pause Beep Delivery, select a time slot.
3. Enter your employee pin code as confirmation (Only manager access level can pause delivery)
4. Delivery is now paused.
Reopen Beep Delivery
Option 1: SH Manager
1. In Beep Delivery Orders, select Reopen Now.
2. Select Reopen for Delivery Now
3. The store is now reopened.
Option 2: POS
1. On the POS app, go to Settings and look for Beep Delivery.
2. Under Open for Beep Delivery, select Open for Delivery.
3. Select Proceed on the confirmation pop up & the store will be reopened for Beep Delivery again.
