How to Track Wasted Inventory
Before you can view data in the Wastage Report, you’ll need to record wastage using Stock Take.
Here’s how:
1. In your BackOffice, go to the Stock Management tab and then click on Stock Take.
2. Click on Start Stock Take.
3. Input the actual quantity of your items.
The system will automatically calculate the difference between your system stock vs actual stock. Any negative differences (shortages) will be reflected as wastage in the report.
