Setting your Membership to Go Live

Go Live Checklist
Before launching Membership, complete the following checklist for a successful rollout:
Ensure at least one tier is set to Enabled status. Refer to this article for guidance on setting up your tiers.
Have at least one New Member reward in Issuing status. Refer to this article for instructions on setting up a New Member Reward.
Confirm that at least one Point Reward is in Claimable status. Refer to this article to learn how to set up Point Rewards.
How to Go Live
1. On the Membership page, click on Go Live.
2. A pop up will appear. Click Got it.
Going Live with Membership when Engage is Activated
Once Membership goes live, 2 ongoing Engage campaigns, such as Welcome New Customers, will change to Welcome New Members, and the Birthday Promotion will be paused.
1. When you are ready to launch your Membership program, click on Go Live Now
2. A pop up will appear, to remind you to check your Engage Campaigns.
3. Click on Got it.
A disclaimer will be displayed indicating Action Required under the Engage section; then click on the Engage section.
Reviewing and Adjusting Engage campaigns.
1. Review the content of your Engage campaigns to ensure it aligns with your Membership rewards.
2. Update the content to reflect the rewards offered in your Membership program.
Apply the same steps for Birthday Promotion.
Pause Membership
The Pause function is helpful when you need to make adjustments to the rewards or tier sections. While membership is paused, customers will not earn any rewards until the membership is resumed.
1. To pause on membership, click on Pause Membership.
2. A pop-up will appear, outlining the consequences of pausing Membership. To proceed, type in capital letters to confirm the pause.
Resume Membership
To resume Membership, click on Resume Membership.
All rewards will be resumed as usual, and customers will begin earning rewards as normal.
