How to set up kitchen dockets format to be printed according to your business needs.

Kitchen Order Format
Kitchen orders can be printed out via individual slips by items; either all items in one sheet / one item per sheet as per steps below:
1. In the BackOffice, click on Settings title page.
2. On the Account Settings page, click on F&B tab, scroll down to Kitchen Station section. Under Kitchen Order Format. Select either All items in one sheet / One item per sheet.
3. Then, click Save.
Kitchen Docket Variant Layout
Kitchen orders with variants can be printed in single / multiple lines as per steps below:
1. In the StoreHub POS App, go to Settings, click on Printer.
2. Tap on Kitchen Docket Variant Layout, select Single Line / Multiple Lines according to need.
Grouping of Multiple items
Kitchen orders with multiple instances of the same item can be group or ungroup as per steps below:
1. In the BackOffice, click on Settings title page.
2. On the Account Settings page, select General tab, scroll down to Group Multiples of The Same Item section. Select either Ungroup / Group.
3. Then, click Save.

Example:
3 Nasi Lemak has been added to the bill. If you choose to group the items. You will see 3 Nasi Lemak orders consolidated into a single entry on the Kitchen Dockets.
However, if you choose to ungroup the items, you will see 1 Nasi Lemak order printed separately 3 times on the Kitchen Dockets.
