What You Will Learn in This Guide
You can now print multiple dockets for a given specific product.
This feature is great for items such as beer; it allows customers to redeem individual bottles or jugs rather than have their entire order arrive at once.
Important Note
Ensure you have updated your StoreHub POS app to version 1.43.0 and higher to use this feature.
Enable the feature in the BackOffice
1. In your BackOffice, click on Products.
2. Select your preferred product or Add a new Product.
3. Scroll down to Kitchen Printer section. Select the printer the dockets will be printed out from.
4. Check Print Additional Kitchen Docket option.
5. Input the number of dockets to be printed for that product; the minimum value must be 1.
Example: If you’re offering a 5-mug beer set, enter 5 in this field.
Note: If you are using the XPrinter CP-Q3 receipt printer, do not print 40 or more dockets at one time. You may print 20 dockets separately twice to avoid errors.
6. Select a Docket Expiry date.
No Expiry | Customer will be able to redeem the product anytime without expiry date |
Same as printed date | If the order is printed on 1st June, the expiry date is also 1st June |
Customised period | If 10 days is selected, 1st June orders will expire on 11th June |
7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
How the dockets look like
1. When an order of 5 beers is placed, the kitchen will receive a kitchen docket, and 5 beer dockets will be printed for your customers.
2. The docket will be labelled with the following details
Table number
Number of dockets in sequential manner (1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 & 5/5)
Date and time of order
Name of employee/waiter
Name of product
3. If the customer orders via QR Order & Pay, the QR code will be printed as well
