Important Notes
The Feedback Insights page is different from the Campaign Insights page:
Feedback Insights: Shows your store reviews and average rating.
Campaign Insights: Shows performance data for your automated SMS campaigns.
Accessing & Navigating the Feedback Insights page
1. In your BackOffice, click on the Engage title page on the side menu
2. Then, click Feedback Insights
3. At the top right corner of your page, filter the data range you would like to view.
4. Here, you can see your store’s average star rating (1-5 stars) as well as the total number of reviews received.
5. Check the performance of your campaign in the next section:
Total Customer Reach: Number of customers that have received and actioned on a notification or SMS to submit a review.
Total SMS Sent: Number of SMS notifications sent – these include notifications that have not been viewed by your customers.
Total SMS Cost: Amount of budget you have spent on the SMS messages sent.
6. The Feedbacks section contains the actual comments and ratings left by your customers:
Customers choose to share contact details: Names and phone numbers are displayed.
Customers choose not to share contact details: Names and phone numbers are redacted.
Customers that do not log in: No contact details will be displayed.
Pausing a Campaign
Pausing a campaign stops any feedback submission notifications or prompts from being sent to your customers.
To pause a campaign:
1. At Engage drop down menu, click Campaign Set Up.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View Campaign.
3. At the top right corner of your display, click the Pause Campaign button.
4. When a warning pop-up appears, click Confirm.
Notes:
Pausing a campaign does not disable it or remove the campaign
If you've run out of SMS credits, your campaign will automatically be suspended
