Troubleshoot Your iMin Printer

1. Ensure the following basic setup steps have been done:

  • There is paper loaded in the printer.

  • The printer cover is properly closed.

  • Check printer connection status through the user software (if the user software has this feature).

2. Perform a print test by doing the steps below on your iMin Register:

  • Tap Menu on the top left side of your Register, then tap Settings

  • Select Printer, then click Print Test Receipt.

3. Clear all your background software by making sure only the user software is connected to the printer.

4. Restart the software and print again, then clear the app cache if necessary.

5. Turn off the power source and turn on your device again (for desktop D4).

6. Make sure your device has been updated to the latest version! Check by heading to Wireless update > Check for updates, and install any new updates.
