  • By integrating with Facebook Chat, you can view and manage your Online Store's customer enquiries through your Facebook page's Messenger.


Integrate Facebook Chat

Here is how to get started:

1. From your BackOffice, go to Online Orders and under Webstore drop down menu and select Webstore setup.

2. Click on the Contact Detail tab.

3. Scroll down to Contact via social media, and below Facebook Page ID, there will be a slider called Enable Facebook Chat. Enter your FaceBook Page ID, and toggle the slider on.

3. Once enabled, you'll see Facebook Language and Facebook Greeting Message. Fill out these fields with the appropriate details.


How to Find Your Facebook Page ID

1. Your Facebook Page ID can be found by going to your business’ Facebook page (you must already have a Facebook page to proceed).

On your business’ Facebook page, click About button.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the Facebook page and you should see the Facebook Page ID.


Whitelisting Your Store URL in Facebook

1. From your Facebook page, click on the "Settings" button on the top right.

2. On the left navigation panel, look for "Messenger platform" and click on it.

3. Under Advanced Messaging look for Whitelisted domains, put in your store's URL,


If you have a custom domain, you will need to also include your custom URL,
