  • How to submit sales or Gross Turn-Over reports to the mall management using your iPad or Android Register.


What Malls are Supported?

These are the currently supported malls within the region.

Please refer to this list to ensure the mall you're operating in is supported before proceeding:


How to Submit the Report

If Submitting a Single Date:

Please make sure you have closed the day's shift on all iPads, as well as sync your sales records to your BackOffice before continuing

1. Tap twice on today's date


2. The file will download immediately. Once downloaded, below the dates will show Ready to upload


3 Just tap the orange Upload button in Step 2


If Submitting Multiple Dates:

Please make sure you have closed the day's shift on all iPads, as well as sync your sales records to your BackOffice before continuing


1. Select the date range by choosing a start date and end date

2. The file will download instantly. Below the dates, it will show Ready to upload

3. Finally, tap the orange Upload button in Step 2


How your Sales Report will look like

2. Different malls may require different sets of information to be populated into the report; as such, your report may not look exactly like the sample above

Note: As of 20th July 2023, your mall reports will now include Beep QR transactions; meaning you or the mall management may notice an increase in sales numbers
