Solution

Cannot delete a tax code.

You cannot delete a tax code if it's currently assigned to any products.

First, go to the 'Products' page, edit each product using that tax code, and change it to 'No Tax' or another tax code. Then, try deleting the tax code again.

Tax not appearing correctly on receipts.

Ensure the correct tax code is applied to the product. Also, check your 'Receipt Template' settings to make sure tax details are configured to display on receipts. Finally, 'Sync' your POS app twice.
