Export products in your BackOffice to CSV format.

How to Export your products to CSV

1. In the BackOffice, click on the Products title page.

2. In the top right corner above the table of products, click Export to CSV.

  • For ≤ 2,000 records:

    • The CSV file will download immediately. Check your downloads folder for the file. If the download doesn’t start, click the link to try again.


  • For > 2,000 records:

    • A pop-up will appear notifying you that the CSV export will be sent to your email.


    • If products have specific conditions, the notification will inform you with the following message:

Note:

  • The email will be sent to the user who triggers the Export CSV action using the email address linked to your BackOffice account.

  • You'll need to click on the button for 'Download CSV Export', and the CSV file will be downloaded in a zip folder format.

3. Once downloaded, open the CSV file with a spreadsheet program (e.g., Google Sheets, Numbers, or Microsoft Excel).

Notes:

  • You can choose to export specific products based on Name/SKU/Barcode, Categories, and Tags.

  • You can edit any details in the CSV file and import it back into the BackOffice.


Error with Exporting

If the export process encounters an error, the system will notify you as follows:

a. Click the button to reinitiate the export.

Note:

  • If an export fails, please attempt the process again. If the problem continues, please contact the Customer Care Team for assistance.

b. Once the CSV file is downloaded (remember to extract it if it's in a zip folder), you can open it using standard spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers).

Notes:

  • You can generate Pivot Tables for further analysis using the downloaded CSV.
