Learn to set up price book(s) for your store(s).
Learn to duplicate multiple-price books for your stores.
Important Notes
Ensure that your product pricing, price book and promotions do not overlap one another; and have the same set-up or criteria.
Set Price for QR Order and Pay
1. Price book is a feature that enables merchants to sell identical items at different prices in different stores or to other customers.
Notes:
Update your Offline Price for your BackOffice account as the price book is only valid for offline pricing (including QR Order and Pay).
Price books will only be applied to the selected store(s).
You can modify the product's price and tax in the Price Book.
Price books will be arranged in chronological order.
Default price will be displayed if a minimum or maximum quantity is required.
Set Different Pricing for Different Stores
You may need to price your items differently for different stores because of the difference in operational costs or the cost of goods sold.
1. In your BackOffice, go to Products, then click Price Books, then click New Price Book and enter a name for your price book.
2. Select the store for the price book to be applied to, then click Save, then a Price List should now appear.
3. Click Add item and search for a product
4. The current price and tax will appear; which you'll be able to adjust and click Save.
Note: Inherited simply means that it is the original tax code of this particular item.
Different Pricing Based on Quantity Purchased
1. Go to Products menu, then click Price Book, then click New Price Book, and enter a name for your price book
2. Select the store for the price book to be applied to, then click Save; a Price List should appear now
3. Click Add item and search for a product
Notes: Your customers must have all of the tags required to be entitled to this pricing.
4. The current price and tax will appear where you can set the quantities and change the price
Note: This allows you to restrict the number of items a customer can buy at a discounted rate, or require a minimum amount purchased to enjoy the special rate.
5. Click "Save"
Set Different Pricing for Different Customers
1. Go to Products then click Price Books, then click New Price Book, then click enter a name for your price book
2. Select the store for the price book to be applied to, then click Save, then a Price List should appear now
3. Click Add item and search for a product
Notes: Your customers must have all of the tags required to be entitled to this pricing.
4. The current price and tax will appear, and you may edit your target customer on Apply to Customer with Tags

Sequence of the Price Books
1. If you go to Products, and then click Price Books, you will see a list of all the price books you currently have.
Notes:
If one of your items is listed in 2 or more price books, then only the highest-placed price book will apply.
Example:
There are two price books with these offers:
Gold members can purchase a Baking Wear Set for 30.00.
Anyone to buy 3 Baking Wear Sets at 33.00 each.
In this case, when a Gold member purchases 3 Baking Wear Sets, he or she will enjoy the unit price of 30.00 because the ‘Promo for Gold Members’ Price Book is placed above the ‘Buy 3 for RM 99’ Price Book.
Adjust the Sequence of Price Books
Click and drag the "list" icon to your desired placement on the list.
Duplicating or Deleting a Price Book
Duplicate a Price Book:
1. You can duplicate any of your existing price books by clicking the "Copy" button, an identical Price Book will be created.
Deleting a Price Book:
1. You may also delete any of your existing price books by clicking the "trash can" icon right beside the copy button.
Notes:
The new Price Book will have the word "copy" at the end of its name
On the Price Books page, you’d see an existing Price Book called Default
It is a list of all your existing products.
If you want to set different pricing for most of your products or set custom pricing for a set of products, you could copy this Price Book to edit them.
Otherwise, just create new Price Books as instructed above.
