How to set up products to sell on Beep Delivery.
Products Settings
1. In your BackOffice, click on the Products
2. Click the + Add Product button at the top right of the page
3. Key in your Product Name, Category, and add a product image
4. Input the Price, then click Save:
Notes:
Values inserted into price will be the default pricing for in-store orders (POS & Beep QR)
Values inserted for online price will be the default pricing for online orders (Beep Delivery)
5. Once the product is saved, click on the Online Info tab.
6. Tick the QR Order and Pay/Delivery checkbox to make the product available on those channels.

You may tick Pre-Order Only if the specific products are only available for Pre-Order.
You may also set an effective period for the products to start selling on a specific date/time only.

Collections
1. In your BackOffice, click on Online Orders, then click Beep Delivery.
2. Click the Collection tab.
3. Click + Create Collection, then Input Title of Category.
4. Select Any Condition, then select a Condition
5. Select Products, Select Product Categories.
6. Click Save.

Conditions determine what appears in your Collection.
You are presented with three options
Products of a Category
Products with Tags
Specific Products
Whichever product that falls under the chosen option above will appear in your Collection
Specify whether your products must match All Conditions or Any Conditions
When you select All Conditions, you're telling the system that the product must meet every condition that you set in order for it to appear in the Collection.
When you select Any Condition, you're telling the system that the product that meets any one of the conditions you set will allow it to appear in your Collection.
7. In the Action tab, enable the collection.
Note: You are limited to 100 Collections at any one time, but we recommend having 8 Collections for easier navigation of your menu.
Featured Products
Items added to Featured Products will allow them to appear as Best Sellers in your Beep QR, Beep Delivery and Ecommerce stores.
1. Click Add Product
2. Type the name of your best-selling products
3. Click OK
Notes:
Only eight items on your Featured Products page will appear as Best Sellers
Products that are out of stock will also not appear even if they're added into Featured Products
