  • This is a disclaimer regarding the matter above that we require you - our merchants - to acknowledge.


Disclaimer:

Disclosure statement upon reaching out to our Customer Care Team as below:

"We would like to inform you that when you reach out to us for help, we may need to access your BackOffice to view the necessary details and conduct a detailed investigation.

We do that by creating a new, temporary "Employee" in your BackOffice which allows us access to proceed with our investigation.

Your BackOffice information is secure and protected. Performing this activity will not result in data leakage, nor cause any changes to your current BackOffice settings.

You are always free to remove our Merchant Care Representative as your BackOffice "Employee" at any time. Please note that it is not advisable to remove access until this issue is solved."
