Important Note

  • This guide applies only if your Lark or Google account email matches the email used in BackOffice.

  • SSO login will only work if the email service is enabled in Lark. Refer to this article.


How to Log in Using Google Single Sign-On (SSO)

1. On the BackOffice login page, click Continue with Google.

2. You will be prompted to choose which Google Account to connect with BackOffice. Select an email from the list, or click Use another account to add a new account.

3. Once the Google Account is successfully connected and the email matches your BackOffice employee details, you will be logged in automatically.

If you are not added as an employee in BackOffice, your access will be denied.

How to Log in Using Lark Single Sign-On (SSO)

1. On the BackOffice login page, click Continue with Lark.

2. You will be prompted to authorize the connection between Lark and StoreHub. Click Authorize.

3. Once authorization is complete and your Lark email matches your BackOffice employee details, you will be successfully logged in.

If you are not added as an employee in BackOffice, your access will be denied.
