Guide for Troubleshooting your iMin Printer
1. Open the printer cover red handle trigger on the right side of your iMin D4.
2. If the printer door is stuck, use the following steps:

Switch off the power source and turn it on again, then open the printer cover and remove the jammed paper.
If the previous step does not work, open the printer cutter cover; as shown below.
Turn the roller until the paper cutter is back to its original position by following the indication on the printer and re-inserting the printer cutter cover.
3. Refer to the pictures below for the correct paper cutter position:

4. Open the printer cover to remove the jammed receipt paper.
Notes:
Never use force to open the receipt paper cover without returning the paper cutter to its original position; it will damage your device.
