Turn On/Off Service Charge
1. Go to your BackOffice and click into the Settings title page, click on the F&B tab in the Account Settings.
2. At the Enable Service Charge section, select Yes.
3. Enter your Service Charge Rate.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
Note: To disable Service Charge, select No in the Enable Service Charge field, then click Save.
How to Exclude Service Charge Rate for a Specific Product
2. Scroll to the Service Charge section and enable service charge.
3. Tick the checkbox to Exclude Service Charge Rate on Specific Product.
4. Additional settings will appear to create a group of products that should be excluded from the service charge. You can specify whether selected products must match any condition or all conditions.
5. In the Condition(s) field, select the products you want in the collection by choosing either Products by Category, Products with Tags or, Specific Products.
Notes:
Ensure that your products have been set up with the appropriate categories, tags, and names. Refer to this article if you have not set up your products.

How to Delete Service Charge From Transactions
1. For any transaction that doesn’t require a service charge; like a takeaway order or merchandise purchase, you can easily remove it in the StoreHub app anytime.
2. Tap Service Charge, then toggle it off, and you're done!
What is Service Charge Tax
1. In Malaysia, you do not need to set a Service Charge Tax.
2. Service Charge is not the same as Service Charge Tax.
3. Service Charge is a fee paid by your customers which is collected by your business and given to your employees.
4. Meanwhile, Service Charge Tax was a government-mandated tax imposed in the now-defunct GST system.
