Step-by-step guide on how you may perform a complete return or refund transaction from your BackOffice.
Complete a Return/Refund
1. In the event that item(s) have been returned or refunded, it is essential to make a decision regarding how to handle the stock. Once a refund transaction is done on POS. Proceed to the next step.

2. In your BackOffice, go to Offline Transactions drop down menu and select Returns.
3. Select the desired store and time frame.
4. Select the returned transaction and the detail of the return will be shown. Select 1 of the option below:
Restock | Add the item back into your inventory |
Write Off | Retain the inventory level as it is |
5. Click Save and on the front page, you will see that the particular return/refund has been completed.
