Beep Delivery: What is the Definition of Order Status

What the different order statuses for on-demand and customer self-pickup orders mean.

Immediate Order and StoreHub's Logistics Program

If you have opted to use StoreHub's Logistics Program, our network of riders for delivery, then here are the relevant order statuses:

Order Status

Descriptions

Pending Acceptance

  • All orders will be automatically accepted.

  • It will automatically proceed to the next stage; Finding Rider.

Finding Rider

  • Our system will automatically locate a rider using our 3rd party logistics network.

Rider Found

  • You may start preparing the order once Rider has been found.

  • Orders will be sent to your kitchen printer; provided you have set up one.

  • If no kitchen receipt was printed, a printer connection error might have occurred.

    • Do check your printer connection settings.

    • To reprint, kindly tap "Resend to Kitchen" on your Register.

Pending Pick Up

  • Upon rider's arrival, you will need to manually change the status of the order to "Picked Up"; as it will trigger a notification to your customer.

Picked Up

  • The order is making its way to your customer.

Delivered

  • This status will appear once the rider clicks "Job Completed" on their rider app.


Immediate Order and Self-Delivery

If you have opted not to use StoreHub's Logistics Program, but to Self-Deliver instead, here are the relevant order statuses:

Pending Acceptance

  • All orders will be automatically accepted.

  • It will automatically proceed to the next stage; Finding Rider.

Rider Found

  • You may start preparing the order once Rider has been found.

  • Orders will be sent to your kitchen printer; provided you have set up one.

  • If no kitchen receipt was printed, a printer connection error might have occurred.

    • Do check your printer connection settings.

    • To reprint, kindly tap "Resend to Kitchen" on your Register.

Pending Pick Up

  • Upon rider's arrival, you will need to manually change the status of the order to "Picked Up"; as it will trigger a notification to your customer.

Picked Up

  • The order is making its way to your customer.


Pickup by Customers

If your customer has opted to Pickup their order, here are the relevant order statuses:

Pending Acceptance

  • All orders will be automatically accepted.

  • It will automatically proceed to the next stage; Pending Pick Up.

  • Kitchen receipt will be printed and you may start preparing the order.

Pending Pick Up

  • Once your customer has arrived & collected the food, change the status to “Picked Up”

Picked Up

  • Your customer has successfully picked up the order.
