How to manage your operating hours in the BackOffice, and how the Beep opening hours corresponds to your actual opening hours.
How to Manage Operating Hours for Beep
1. In your BackOffice, click on Online Orders, then click on Beep Delivery.
2. On the Store Settings tab, click into the designated store and scroll down, where you will see two sections:
Beep opening days
Beep opening hours
3. Select your Beep opening days (which day your Beep store is open for ordering).
4. Select your Beep opening hours (which time your Beep store is open for ordering).
Your customers can only place orders to be fulfilled within your beep opening days and beep opening hours.
The table below serves as an example to show how beep opening hours work.
Your actual operating hours: 9AM - 10PM What you should put at the BackOffice: 9AM - 9PM |
Delivery - Immediate Order & Pickup - Immediate Order |

Pickup - Pre-Order | First pre-order time slot: 9:30AM

If needed, you may also add break time in between.
During break time, your store will be closed and customers will not be able to place immediate orders.
However, they will be able to place pre-orders for times after your break time.
4. Hit Save in your BackOffice once you have set opening hours and days for your Beep store.
