What is the Close Last Shift Notification
Closing your shift properly is important for the accurate syncing of sales data to your BackOffice reports.
When enabled, this feature prompts you – via a pop-up at the top of your screen – to close a previous shift on your POS before starting another.
Note: The prompt appears based on the shift operating hours.
Enable Close Last Shift notification
1. On your POS, tap the menu icon on the top left corner of your screen
2. Tap Settings.
3. In the General page, toggle ON the Close Last Shift Notification feature.
4. If you have not closed a previous shift, you will see a pop-up notification appear at the top of your screen.
