How to verify your Webstore payout amount in BackOffice.
Verifying your Payout Amount in BackOffice
1. At the BackOffice, click Online Orders, then click Payouts.
2. You will see a list of Payouts, simply click into one of the payouts your wish to verify.
In each Payout, merchants can view the details of:
Number of transactions (processed in this Payout)
Product Revenue (Total amount minus delivery revenue)
Payment gateway fee
StoreHub transaction fee
Bank transaction fees
Payout total
Margin (Payout / Product revenue)
Note: You can also download the breakdown of each transaction in CSV by clicking Export Payout Details.
The breakdown of Payout Summary for each Transaction can be found in Completed Transactions.

Notes:
For Malaysia, Customers can use foreign cards on the StoreHub E-comm websites with a limit of RM 1,000 per transaction.
For Philippines, customers can use foreign cards on the StoreHub E-comm websites with a limit of PHP 5000 per transaction.
For Thailand, customers can use foreign cards on the StoreHub E-comm websites with a limit of THB 10000 per transaction.
